At Ekaaksh, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. Our refund policy has been designed to address refund-related concerns and ensure a fair resolution in case of any dissatisfaction or disputes. Please read this policy carefully before availing of our services.

 

  1. Applicability of Refunds

 

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

 

If the client cancels the service within the eligible timeframe (as defined in this policy).

 

If Ekaaksh fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or deliverables within the stipulated timeline due to an issue on our end.

 

If the quality of work delivered is not in line with the service agreement, and after reviewing the issue, Ekaaksh acknowledges the claim.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Services

 

The following scenarios do not qualify for a refund:

 

If the client changes their mind after the service work has started.

 

Services that have already been delivered or are in progress.

 

Delay caused by the client in providing necessary approvals, inputs, or resources.

 

Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or preferences not mentioned in the initial agreement.

 

Third-party integrations or services managed by other providers (e.g., hosting, plugins).

 

  1. Refund Request Eligibility

 

To qualify for a refund request:

 

Clients must raise the concern within 7 days of service delivery or project completion.

 

Ekaaksh must be informed via official email at [email address] with clear details of the concern, including proof (if any).

 

A refund request will only be considered after a proper review by our team.

 

  1. Refund Process

 

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days after receiving the necessary information.

 

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).

 

Partial refunds may apply if services have been partially delivered.

 

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Clients can request a cancellation or reschedule before the service starts by contacting Ekaaksh.

 

In case of a cancellation:

 

Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 48 hours of payment, provided the service has not started.

 

A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations after the 48-hour window, up to the project start.

 

  1. Modifications or Revisions

 

Ekaaksh provides up to 2 revisions for most services.

 

Refund requests cannot be made on the basis of dissatisfaction if the revisions have not been utilized.

 

  1. Force Majeure

 

No refunds will be processed in case of delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Ekaaksh’s control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

 

  1. Refund Timeline

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Clients will be notified via email about the status of their refund request.
